The Board publishes all of its proposed, adopted, withdrawn and emergency rules in the Texas Register in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. Any proposed, adopted, withdrawn or emergency rule action taken by the Board can be viewed online via the Texas Register.

Public Comment

Members of the public wishing to review or submit public comment on a proposed rule may find instructions to do so by clicking on the corresponding link below. The deadline for submitting public comment is listed for each proposed rule change.  The comment period for a proposed rule can also be found in the preamble, which can be accessed through the link to the proposed rule.
