While TOB offices are open to the public, the current Texas Facilities Commission rules for accessing agency suites in the George H.W. Bush Building are very restrictive. As such, we would encourage visitors to reach out to us via email, phone, or mail as opposed to visiting in-person. This will enable the agency to provide the best possible service and reduce inconvenience for customers.
